Local authority.
Visible boundaries.
These principles govern country chapter appointments, representation, commercial activity and separation from the independent index operated by RunMyCo, Inc.
Appointment and titles
Country Associate is the normal trial title. Chapter Lead and Country Director require written appointment after demonstrated performance and governance review.
No applicant or informal contributor may represent, contract for, employ on behalf of, or otherwise bind ECIndex or Novator Technologies.
Index independence
- Chapters cannot sell inclusion, scores, rankings, observations or favourable coverage.
- Commercial customers, sponsors and partners receive no methodological advantage.
- Final editorial, data and methodology decisions remain with ECIndex Global.
- Corrections and conflicts must follow documented review channels.
Commercial activity
Sponsorships, events, services, affiliate arrangements and partner offers require approved scope, written terms and visible disclosure. Representatives may only quote or accept funds within documented authority.
Local revenue and compensation are recorded against collected funds, permitted costs, taxes and the applicable appointment schedule.
Conduct and conflicts
- Disclose employers, customers, investments, political roles and material industry relationships.
- Do not use the role for harassment, discrimination, bribery, political endorsement or personal pressure.
- Separate private consultancy from ECIndex representation and disclose relevant Novator services.
- Protect confidential information and use business data only for its approved purpose.
Brand and communications
Representatives use approved titles, email, materials and public descriptions. Media statements, awards, large events, research releases and country-level commercial announcements require approval.
Review and termination
Appointments are reviewed against agreed objectives, conduct and reporting. ECIndex may suspend authority, require corrective action or end an appointment under its written terms. Chapter records, credentials, data and brand assets must then be returned or transferred.
