03 · EARNING MODEL
Startup-aware compensation.
Early chapter opportunities may combine milestone fees, approved revenue share, referral commission and event surplus participation.
Events and sponsorships
A documented share of approved net revenue or event surplus after direct costs.
Services and partners
Success fees or commissions on collected revenue from approved referrals and partnerships.
Programmes and projects
Fixed operating fees or milestone payments for agreed cohorts, research and country deliverables.
No representative may sell directory inclusion, rankings, score improvements or undisclosed influence. Compensation, worker classification, tax and payment terms vary by appointment and country.
Commercial relationships never alter inclusion, observations or rankings.
Only documented representatives may speak or contract within their written authority.
Conflicts, sponsors, affiliate relationships and Novator services are disclosed.
Country activity follows privacy, anti-bribery, brand and evidence standards.
